DEALER TERMS

Open accounts are net 30 days.

Complete the New Dealer Sign-up. Merchandise will not be shipped to dealers that have past due invoices until the account is current.

1 1/2% interest per month on unpaid balances.

F.O.B. Cumberland , RI

Additional handling charge of $4.25 per shipment

NEW DEALER REQUIREMENTS

If non-taxable, a resale or tax exemption vendor number/certificate.

A completed dealer questionnaire and credit application prior to first shipment. Tax exemption certificate is also required prior to first order.

Initial orders are shipped COD until open account status is established
