This plug is based upon the original design created by Stan Gibbs. The Stan Gibbs Popper is a full floating plug that can be fished almost at a standstill. The popper has a specially designed head that makes a unique sound when popping.

Tips

This plug is meant to be fished at a slow to medium retrieve. On occassion stop the lure completely and let it rest. Then continue to pop it. Pop; fish two to four feet; pop. Alternate the retrieve to entice the strike. In order to attract bluefish, it is suggested that you fish the popper at a rapid retrieve.
